How I did it: I already use sweetener instead of sugar, which i guess is at least a step in the right direction. I didn't notice too much of a difference cutting down to one spoonful...just had to make a conscious effort to remember, and make sure I told the girls in the office for when it was their turn to make tea! How I did it: Obviously it didn't take a whole month for me to donate my pint of blood (!!), but it took a while for me to make an appointment, because I hadn't quite reached the 3 months that it has be between donations.I hate needles, but I LOVE the feeling that I get from giving blood - the number of people turning up to carry out this selfless act in a time when there's so much rubbish going on in the world restores a little faith in humanity!There… Read how I did it…
