Accomplished goal of going to the gym 3 times this week. Yay! Let’s see how long I can keep this up. It helped a friend went with me every time. Hopefully she can keep on coming with me or I just have to get used to going to the gym on my own.

How I did it: I did it for lent, for the challenge, for the sacrifice. I made my best friend do it with me, he lasted 21 days. But I just did not eat meat period. I COOKED! haha & I don't really cook, EVER. I thank the whole vegetarian experience for enabling me to learn how to cook & use my cooking skills. So I guess I accomplished 2 things in this. 46 days of no meat and NO CHEATING! Do you know how many parties I went to and just ate sa… Read how I did it…
How I did it: Snowboarding for the first time hurts!!! Its a great experience to ride the earth like that but wow when I fell-- I fell hard. So from when I started my 43things.com account, it took me 4 days to go snowboarding and I went with 7 other people which 5 of them was their first time as well. It was cool falling down with all my friends. hahahaha. Now I will add skiing to my 43things.com to do list, it looks easier. Read how I did it…
For everything they’ve sacrificed to get where we are at now, and for everything they’ve done for the family and what they continue to do so we could have a better life, I owe it to them… to make them proud of me.
I dream of becoming a lawyer for many several reasons. After changing several majors in college and being lost of what I wanted to do in life-I figured out my interests lay in law and helping people. I graduated with a degree in criminal justice and it is disheartening that I am not using my degree in my job today. I am in a constant battle with myself thinking about what should I do with my life. I was very active in my school, completed internships and worked in law offices and I’ve visited law schools- I know I this is what I want. I really don’t know what’s stopping me. Maybe its fear, my insecurities…its pissing me off because I don’t know. I don’t know why I doubt myself…
Should I apply for Fall 2009 or should I hold off for one more year and apply for 2010? Any advice?
