I quit at Curves and joined a gym that offers kickboxing/resistance bands 6 days a week. I did a 10 week challenge, lost several inches but did not cut back on calories. My endurance has increased a lot, signed up for another year, and am now I am concentrating on dieting. I started Isagenix, a nutritional clease, and am loving it. How I did it: 7 of us girlfriends went to Chicago and spent one night on the Magnificent Mile staying at the Marriott. We shopped, had an awesome meal, a few drinks, shopped some more at Trader Joe's, went to Navy Pier and ate at Billy Goat. It was a great time and we decided to make it an annual trip and extend it to two nights (and maybe our husbands). Read how I did it…
How I did it: I went with some friends, who were experienced shoppers, and we shopped and laughed. We looked at all the products, laughed at several products and wondered "what the heck?" about a couple things. All in all, it was a good time. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Was in Chicago with some girlfriends and we ended up at a mall food court...we all ordered from different restaurants and sat together to try our goodies. I loved it, it was a mild tuna and I did a little wausabi with it. Read how I did it…

First, some background history. I have been exercising 6 days, for the last 10 weeks, doing a Kickboxing/Resistance bands class. I lost several inches but no weight loss. I did not alter my diet in any way at all. I started last Friday on Isagenix. For the last 4 days I have done shake days, mixing up the powder with water and pouring over ice. I like the shakes and don’t mind eating my sensible meal during dinner time with my family. Since this was a holiday weekend, I did drink alcohol and over indulge in small town bar food, but I still have lost 8 pounds to date. Today is my first cleanse day so I am excited to see what results that will produce. I don’t mind the taste of the products but I also realize that most diet/energy/vitamin/herbal/mineral weight loss products do have a bland/chalky/off taste to them.
