i began training for a triathalon which had me working out 6 times a week. it is amazing. i grew in self-confidence and just felt better. it was kinda tough to stay motivated in the beginning but then it became super easy to make sure i did it on the days i had planned.

here we are at the beginning of another semester. my goal is the same, to make a 4.0 this semester as well. i don’t think i’ll have a problem doing this :) hopefully
