Still practising

Really enjoy doing this – taking slow steps but gradually learning more chords and patterns – can play more pieces without music and getting better all the time. However a very long way to go!



eat healthier (read all 5 entries…)
Soup

Have been very bad at this recently but today woke up with new resolve – made some vegetable soup today – very nice and made with fresh vegetables. Don’t know why I don’t do this more often. Today has been good – have eaten healthily all day and managed not to eat any chocolate at all.
