I have a best friend that is as enamored of world travel as I am. I think that the time has come for us to cast worries to the wind and just go with it. We’ll start small, but eventually we will travel round the whole world and back again.

My mother drew me into the kitchen when I turned 11, until I left home at 18. I love cooking, it’s soothing, it’s uncomplicated, it helps soothe my jangled nerves. Must do this!

I did it, got a violin last year, got classes and now can play Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star! Only problem is that in my move from the East Coast to the West, the bridge came off my violin and I have to find someone to fix it. I still haven’t gotten to a violin store yet, but there is one in Berkeley that I might try out. Besides that, I have to trim my nails super low again and then I’ll be good to go!
