I did a 30 day challenge based on Dr. Pinel’s research on sleep. I reset my clock and I basically sleep between 4-6 hours per night on the regular for the last 2 months. After the third week, it got easier, less nodding off during the day, and now I’m completely functional.
What helped the most, though, was exercise. I started that abou week 5, and now it turns out I fall deeply asleep much faster.
