well, i havent been on here for months..
Have missed it actually..

Not much new has been happening, but i have been actively doing things to shake off this flubba before we fully hit summer..
(yes that rhymes! haha)
My scales broke, last time i weighed myself (a few weeks ago) i weighed 60kg (132pounds)..
Im walking nearly every day and riding my horses a few times a week also.. Feels so0o good to be getting active again..
Feeling very positive, determined and content..

Will buy some more scales, but in no rush to do so atm..

Hope everyone else has been working their butts off and seeing the results!

well i think im well on my way to recovering..
Ive had cfs/m.e. for nearly 5 straight years and i also had it for a couple of years when i was 8..
Ive found a programme called ‘the gupta programme’ which seems to be making a hell of a difference..
I was used to getting migraines pretty much everyday OR ide get one and they would last more than a week, but now since doing the programme (2months in) ive only had 1 migraine (and it was very mild compared to what i used to get)..
This is very exciting.. The thought of turning my life around and getting back on track is the most amazing/exciting feeling!
First thing ill be doing is getting my licence!!
So August is the time when i would have done the programme and should have recovered..
4 more months, lets do this!!

well i havent been for a walk for like 2 months now!!
And ive never felt more shit and sluggy.. Im not whinging, because its my own fault i havent gotten off my ass, just need to share my state of feeling shitness..

Well i ordered the power pops and they should be here in a few days!
So ill be eating them, drinking oolong tea, using the zen chi and walking again.. Plan to have my routine back to ‘normal’ by monday (4days)..
My current weight hasnt changed (its still 60kg).. want to lose 5kg and then another 5kg.. (10kg all up)..
Its my birthday in like 5 weeks and i want to be rockin!!
