Well – it’s coming off. I have a few rules – weigh myself every so often but go by how my clothes fit and how I feel. I eat regularly – try not to get hungry and don’t deny myslef the odd treat when I really want it. Nothing white – potatoes, white bread or sugar – unless natural as in fruit. Eat foods that give long lasting energy such as wholemeal bread, porridge and lots of fish for protein.
I’ve never had a sweet tooth so fizzy drinks, cakes and biscuits have never been one of my downfalls – more eating carby foods from not eating regularly.
I’m down 3 kilos so far.

I’m knocking it down to once a week – time spent on the pc is time away from my goals, so I’m just going to check in here once a week and see how I’m doing. After checking icanhascheezeburger of course:)

It’s just I’m looking at it the wrong way. When things are going wrong it’s a great time to appreciate what’s going right.
This week -
Sitting typing this with my cat on my knee.
It’s grey and raining outside but warm and dry inside.
The smell of Curly Fries cooking for tea.
I got paid today.
I’ve had a day off and relaxed all day, doing things I want to do and did nothing I thought I should have done.
