I enjoy research and (somewhat) teaching. This is
a good outlet for both – as in my case it’ll lead to a
professorship (hopefully).

Oh man, the things I would do as a Samurai…
Like become extinct & out of place in our postmodern
world… That appeals to me quite a bit.
