I have had about a tablespoon of freshly ground linseed (flax) on my cereal every day since I first posted in this goal. It’s been easier to keep up than I thought… I really love it.

I’ve heard that flax seed is especially good for women with PCOS, and also that it’s best to grind it immediately before use rather than store it ground. I have bought a couple packs of the seed and an automatic coffee grinder… which worked perfectly for the seeds, and put it on my cereal this morning.
I’d like to find more information related to PCOS… but it seems to make good sense for now anyway. I have been making up my own mixes for breakfast cereal over the last week in order to avoid refined carbs (and carb cravings within hours of breakfast), and it seems to have been very successful I’m happy to say. Just added flax to the mix today.
This would be a great goal… but I’m gravitating more towards guitar now, so am going to focus on that.
