Worth all the sweat and the sacrifices!

I weighed 140lbs last July 21, 2004. A year later, I am a slim(I can’t believe I am using this term!) 115lbs! I was able to lose weight by exercising 4x a week at the gym and eating healthily (no pork, beef, softdrinks and donuts!). And I couldn’t be happier with the results!
And people (myself included) thought I wouldn’t be able to do it because of my lazy attitude.
