Started last week for the BFL Challange. I cant believe i’m going to the gym so much and actually like it. Having a set plan is really helping me. I do cardio 3x’s week upper body2x’s and legs’s 1x alternating the two

I’m doing pretty good with this b/c i am doing the Body for Life challange. I have to drink 2 glasses of water with each meal.This used to be so hard for me but I noticed it fills me up after i eat. Also I’m starting to get a glow.

It has been a week and i definitely feel alot better then I did when I first started. I’m not as bloated. I do want some candy every once and while but I’m not craving it as bad as I thought i would. As for as food I’m never hungry b/c I am eating 6 times a day. I have more energy already. I am very sore my body is probably like what the hell is going on. What a difference a week can make..I have gone from not going to gym in over a year to going do the gym 6days a week and i’m really enjoying it.
