How I did it: started out as a med.student at eighteen, switched to comparative literature at 21, did some philosophy, a bit of religion, a dash of history, visited some bizarrely named fields, such as "innovation, cognition and cultural significance", didn't wanna stay there, and finally got my act together and rounded off my BA with creative writing, so I now have a very interdisciplinary BA in com.lit and c.w... How I did it: I finally found a costume that didn't look weird on a scandinavin, blonde, voluptuous woman. And the best part was that the few bits I couldn't find hidden away in my narniaesque wardrobe, I could borrow from friends or scrounge second hand!I ended up spending the five days we were at the con more or less non-stop in various costumes from the same character, and get this: I met the author, and he liked my outfits! wohooo!!!
