I think I like the Body For Life program and I am going to see if I can get what I need to make it work.
My main goal is to ingest 60 grams of protein and hopefully between 20 and 30 grams of carbs a day. Also, I want to join a gym and exercise regularly.



stop biting my nails (read all 8 entries…)
This has become a real problem 7 months ago

I HATE the way my fingers look and seem to be out of control with this habit. I am going to work harder now that I am making myself and the world aware of it!
Any suggestions?
