Ironically, I was born with red hair, but lost it when I was about 6 months old. My natural color is dark brown, but now there’s a lot of grey and I just wanted to do something different. I’ve been a redhead for about 7 years now. I might stop when I am completely grey, but that will be quite a while from now!
You might want to have it done at a salon when first starting out, if you can afford to. If not, try one of the brands that washes out in like 12 shampoos to see if you really like it before using the level 3/permanent color.
