How I did it: Well I'm 16 and with my boyfriend for almost 3 years.. We just started fighting loads over the stupdiest things. I found that we had to talk about things and how we felt and stuff. Currently 128lbs. Havent been focusing on diet and exercise much lately, but still managed to loose 5lbs.
College starting in September so I’m hoping to loose around 10lbs in the next 4 weeks.
I’m off to exercise now :)
Been sick lately so put back on the 5lbs that I lost.
Really want to get under 9 stone so I am starting again today =]
Gonna start a brand new food journal and make up some sort of exercise plan. i hate exercise! :(
But hopefully I can do it this time.
