Recently my aunt has been trying to persuade me to take vitamins, she claims it would make me healthier. However, I’m not sure as to how much help it will be.

Yeah so before my 18th birthday i had a countdown and basically i was counting down to the worst experience of my life. On new years eve i had to go to work, yeah not fun. So when i woke up on the 31 of december i nearly fainted and felt very nauseus for some ODD reason. When that finally passed i felt very sick but forced myself to go to work, I finally got out of work at about 5 (worked 8 hours) and got home, passed out on my bed. Yeah so by now you’re wondering sooo… but that’s not all the next day when i finally woke up it was new years day and i had lesions all over my body. Finally i went to the hospital not knowing what else to do since i had no idea why i looked the way i did. When i got to the hospital i went to the pediatric section bc i wasn’t yet 18 (turned 18 on the 3rd) and i was diagnosed with chicken pox. Later that night thinking maybe the fever would cool off and my stomach pain would go away i waited until about 2 am to go back to the hospital. So after vomiting about 4 times before i finally went to the hospital with my now 103 fever and excruciating stomach pain i told my mother to take me to the hospital. By now i had the chicken pox on my face and felt so ugly and was in so much pain. During the time i was at the hospital crying the doctors gave me about 4 different types of medication as well as morphine to soothe my pain because at that time i was crying and really could not take it anymore. Anywho, it was a horrible experience no one knew what caused my stomach pain… some doctors thought i had something wrong with my appendix but the surgeons looked at my cat scan and didn’t agree. At about 2 pm on the 2nd of january they let me go home. On the 3rd i stayed home from school and laid in bed all day crying. Yeah, now i’m all better barely passed my classes (which i usually always get good grades) since i missed the entired 3rd marking period yet they gave me all the finals on the day i got back which was a week before classes ended. Now, i’m hoping to put all of this behind me and it was an experience i’ll forget, i learned that with time everything passes, but but never forgotten. I’m looking forward to graduating high school and going to college :). Yeah my story is not very interesting but for me it was a hell of an experience lol.
thanks =]
Well, ever since i joined cheerleading i’ve been exercising every other day and i’m hoping to continue to in the summer. It’s a great feeling, especially after a day of stress, it allows me to free my mind and just focus on myself. If needed please feel free to ask for any tips.
