How I did it: I love the "BBQ Bible" and "How to Grill" by Steven Raichlen. We started simple, with chicken, hamburgers, and hot dogs. Then we experimented with different veggies, some fruit and garlic bread. Yesterday, we smoked a big shoulder roast for 5 hours and used wood chips. It wasn't hard and turned out great.
