I used to weigh 14 stone 1, now I’m 12 stone 3. Being sponsored to lose weight has been the motivation- otherwise I never would have managed to keep going for so long. My sponsored weight loss goal is 11 stone 1, but I’ll keep going afterwards until I’m 10 stone. I feel that I’m so used to it now that I could keep going quite easily. I really really want to be slim again! Getting there!!

I’m only going to weigh myself once a week, so I don’t get so obsessive over it. So every Thursday from now on.
I’m walking much more now, I walked an hour on Monday, all day round devil’s dyke on Tuesday and halfway home yesterday. Went swimming on Sunday too. I’m not feeling so lazy and unmotivated any more :)
I have been keeping varnish on my nails which stops me biting my nails
