So 4 stone to lose!
I’m only going to weigh myself once a week, so I don’t get so obsessive over it. So every Thursday from now on.
I’m walking much more now, I walked an hour on Monday, all day round devil’s dyke on Tuesday and halfway home yesterday. Went swimming on Sunday too. I’m not feeling so lazy and unmotivated any more :)
I have been keeping varnish on my nails which stops me biting my nails
and the only animal product i have (knowingly) eaten is fish, in the sushi i had on tuesday. i feel so much healthier, i’m eating so much more vegetables and fruit, and i’m cooking from scratch(which i did before anyway, but there were a lot of takeaways involved too). i’ve also fallen in love with tofu, which is handy! and i love hummus, falafel, tahini, etc. one of my favourite things to eat are roasted vegetables and pasta. i’m loving it. i’ve also been able to eat vegan options when i’m out, a lot easier than i thought it was going to be. I have eaten naughty things too, but in the past few days i’ve cut down on the fat and i’ve lost 2 pounds!
