When I think about exercise I see people working out in gyms for hours every day. I just don’t see how they manage it. I wish I knew what normal humans need to do every day in terms of exercise.
It seems like every night I find something to do that makes me stay up past 12:30. I have to get up at 6:00 to go to work. I feel bad every day and when I get home I want to sleep but something happens and I can’t. I am in a vicious cycle:(
