How I did it: I immediately cut out all beverages except water and occasional fat free milk. Soda, juices, sweet tea - all gone. My blood sugar is now around 140 on average and I've gone down to at 34 inch waist, which is new. Read how I did it…
so I’m removing it and adding ‘get on treadmill 30 minutes a day’ or something like that
