Day 1/28

I have been so disgusted with myself lately, I have gone up TWO pant sizes and a bra size!! I need to do something about this NOW. Today I am starting a new excercise routine. It is a four week plan, each day is split into six excercises that focus on two different areas of the body. Today I am working on “Core” and “Arms+Shoulders”:
-stomach crunch
-the plank
-heel touch
-triceps dip
-lateral dumb-bell raise
-straight-arm pull-over

My Weekend

Thursday:
Went out drinking at the park, had a good time. Talked with people I don’t usually hang out with, fell over a couple of times. Lots of laughs :)

Friday:
Had friends over to drink, met new people. K tried to shut herself in the fridge, watched a movie. Overall great night :)

Saturday:
Went out to a different park to drink, met new people. Spent most of the night with J, at one point we literally couldn’t stop laughing. Everything N said we found hilarious, unfortunatly had a panic attack on the way home. My amazing bf A was there to calm me down, once we got home we all watched a movie.

Sunday:
Spent the day at home with A, cuddled and watched a movie. He fell asleep halfway through (so cute!).

Overall decent weekend :D

I feel really horrible about myself lately, all I do is stuff my face! I have gone up TWO jean sizes and a bra size! I really need to do something about this now. So today I have decied to start a new excercise routine. It is a four week plan, each day has six different excercises focusing on two different areas of the body. Today I am working on “Core” and “Arms+Shoulders”:
-stomach crunch
-the plank
-heel touch
-triceps dip
-lateral dumb-bell raise
-straight-arm pull-over
