Dinner – Weight watchers Ocean Pie
Water intake 3×75cl bottle of water
=] First days are always easy.
I know I can lose the weight because I’ve done it before its just so easy to slip back into old habbits.
GOAL – Lose 40 pounds and keep it off.
I need to drink alot more water, excercse and cut out junk food!
I weigh 140 lbs. I’m not sure of my goal weight yet, I’ll stop when I think I’m slim enough. x
