How I did it: Went to class once or twice a week. I could potentially have done this in 2 months, but this was the first grading since December we had done.Going to class regularly is the biggest help, any other practice you do is a bonus! There is a Taekwondo handbook for colour belts - it tells you exactly what you need to know. I borrowed my mates copy (need to get my own) and read over exactly what I was required to do and learnt the theory as well.… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I work nightshift, so in the past I could oversleep a lot at times. I originally set this goal as "get up by 2pm", then changed it to half an hour earlier etc etc. This wasn't working all the time though, as some nights I was working a bit later and needed more sleep. So I changed it to "get up when my alarm goes off"This goal has served me well, I rarely sleep in now - and get up early enough most days to do some really productive stuff … Read how I did it…
How I did it: Whenever I had cheers, I used them! The cheer fairy is an unusual creature - sometimes I was able to return cheers immediately, other times I had to wait quite some time. At times (just now, for example) I had as many as 16 cheers available to dish out.I started cheering people who cheered me, also people with mutual goals, and the people (18 now!) I'm subscribed to. If I ran out of people to cheer had a look at the zeitgeist for any wort… Read how I did it…

Originally went to tackle these 7 weeks ago (see Carn Gorm, Munro no. 32), had to turn back in the snow and icy conditions tho. Today was a totally different ballgame, great weather was in my T-Shirt for most of the day. Photo is myself at summit of Carn Mairg.
