Left to visit: Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota and Rhode Island.
Alaska, Maine and Hawaii were the most difficult and costly. (Maine was a work trip so that was paid.) I’m planning a rafting trip in Idaho this summer and can get to Montana on that trip as well.
My criteria is pretty lose, but sound. Washington and Minnesota were airport trips, but I believe that if I paid tax, or (even looser) if an emergency happened who would respond? The Seattle police? Yep- I was there. I wish I had the time to savor each state, but that would be another thing to do! :)
