My head is out of alignment again, which makes it hard to feel like doing much of anything. I had a fairly pain-filled week. My chiropractor is out of town for two weeks, so I can’t get myself fixed until then.

But I just did a quick, minimal workout (arms, shoulders, back, dumbbell snatches) and I’m glad I did. I also walked a couple of miles this evening.

Anything is better than nothing.

But now I’m off to lie on the heating pad. Oh, my aching neck!

I just finished a semester-long artists book project … twelve photographs … accordion pages in a hard cover … a helluva lot of work and even more love … best project I’ve done yet!
