How I did it: Started getting up at 5:00 to wake and give my son company to study for his exams. I required 3 alarms earlier - then reduced to two and now I can get up without the alarm at 4:45!!I get up and sit on my terrace (open to sky) and do my pranayams (yogic breathing) and vipassana meditation... How I did it: Spoke to my dentist about it - got a DIY bleach pack and a plastic set that fits with the cream exactly on your teeth. Need to wear it for 4 hours for 3 -4 sessions - Alternate days while going to bed (slightly uncomfortable - but for sparkling white teeth!!!) Read how I did it…
