I had my 1st lesson 9-09-09. I am really loving learning something new nad challenging my brain. I also feel beautiful and confident whilst doing it. HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY.

How I did it: Someone recently said to me, completely subjectively and impersonally, that if people medicate themselves with anti-depressants for too long, they aren't really fixing the problem., I reflected and realized that thru the therapy that I had, I fixed my problems that drove me into therapy. How I did it: I replaced one bad behavior with one good behavior (quit smoking, started hydrating, eating more raw fruits and vegetables, and worked my theme song). I tried to envision myself with more energy and positivity in my life. What a sense of satisfaction to set a challenging goal and stick with it.
