How I did it: i just began realizing all of the negative, pessimistic things i would say, think, or do and simply began stopping myself from doing them, because i knew it wouldnt help in any way whatsoever. paying attention to this on a daily basis simply made me adapt to being the opposite, positive and happy over anything that came my way.in fact, i even began noticing that whenever my bf and i went to places and asked people in a store, … Read how I did it…
How I did it: finishing college. simple as that. i was obviously not having fun studying what i had to study, but that didnt mean i didnt want to do what i was about to graduate with. just finishing school and finally getting out in the open and actually working made me face whatever i had to do at work, unlike how it was in school. How I did it: i graduated from college, THAT was the ugly cause of the problem. and having all the free time now to go out and do more things like going to the gym 3-4 times a week, that also helped a lot! plus whats so funny is that going to the gym, makes me gain weight, but not fat, muscle. i still look the same physically but my body is getting more shaped up and in tone :) Read how I did it…
