Fitting into old jeans!! 6 months ago

It’s not a whole “dress size” yet, but I fit into an old pair of jeans that I haven’t even been close to wearing in I don’t know how long!!!! I’m on my way!!!

I have been doing more of this!!! 6 months ago

This week I exercised 3 times and I plan on going again tonight!! I did pilates for the first time last night and I am so sore today, good workout!!!

And it’s not as hard as it always seemed to be!!! Between “How to Eat Like a Hot Chick” and SparkPeople.com I have finally learned how to eat and exercise properly and it’s so much easier than I thought it would be!!! I feel so much better than I ever had and I’m not denying myself at all.

I’m am learning to live my life with a purpose and not just flailing about!!! I will make my life what I want it to be!!!
