Concerts are just about my favorite things. I think it sounds terrifying and amazing at the same time. I thought that I wouldn’t be able to do it because I was too heavy, but I’ve lost 19 pounds and I weigh 149 so really, what’s holding me back? I need to just do it.

How I did it: Losing weight is something you really have to put a lot of time and effort into if you wanna do it safely. I think the major thing for me was that I got a gym membership and started going at least 2 or 3 times a week. I also started biking and watching what I eat.
