Run the Crim
Training 2 years ago

So…the annual Crim is on August 25th. I’ve been running twice a week for 2 weeks…I’m going to bump it up a notch and run 4 times a week. The race is 10 miles long and I’d like to run the entire thing. So far I can only run about a mile without having to walk my heart rate back down to a manageable pace. Lots of work to do!
