So I cleaned out the wardrobe at my parents this morning and put aside a pile to give to charity. I kept a few “just in case” things that I probably won’t ever wear but didn’t want to throw out!
Now it’s just my wardrobe left to sort out…

How I did it: I went shopping on saturday, looking for a coat actually not a dress but I saw there was a half price sale at Jane Norman and knowing they do beautiful dresses, thought I'd have a quick look. Then I saw this dress, and I absolutely love it! It was a bargin at £20 (originally £40) and will be absolutely perfect for my holiday in a weeks time. I'm so pleased I found it! Read how I did it…
How I did it: My mum has lent me her bike for two weeks, and after that she is going to give me her old one. I feel great now I have a bike, I cycle to work and go on bike rides after work. I will be fitter and healthier and won't have to walk everywhere now! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I managed to sucessfully not eat junk food for 7 days! Today is day 8, and I don't really feel like any still so might continue this for a few more days!I didn't find it too hard this time as didn't have any strong cravings for chocolate etc that I sometimes get at night. Probably the hardest part was turning down the victoria sponge cake at work, but I did feel a bit smug and satisfied watching everyone else shove food down their throats!! Read how I did it…

So, the plan is to drink a 500ml bottle of water 4 times a day. Since I’ve started eating less in the evenings, this should be pretty easy as i’ll have to drink more to fill myself up! I started cycling to work so can easily drink a bottle then, and at work I drink about a litre of water throughout the day anyway so I should go over the reccomended 2 litres a day.
Once I’ve done this for 7 days in a row (and plan to continue), I will mark this goal as completed.
I currently have two wardrobes, one at my house and one at my parents and both are half full of clothes I don’t wear anymore! I’m currently on a diet plan however so will wait until I’ve finished this and (hopefully) lost a little bit of weight before I throw out some things that are a bit tight at the moment!
