How I did it: When I'm at home I try to drink as much water as I can , if I listen to music, watch TV, sit by the computer, exercise or do homework a huge can full of water is always beside me and I drink whenever I feel like I'm thirsty. Read how I did it…

How I did it: Smile or laugh even if you don't want to. Laugh at almost everything your friends& family or someone says , they will think "WTF is wrong with her?" but after that thought going through their head they will laugh with you , it's not crazy it leads you to more happiness & joy the result of laughing more often is awesome!
