1. Put away clean laundry that’s all over the house.
2. Do a load of laundry and put it away when I’m done.
3. Clean up the 2nd floor bathroom.
4. Pick up some things in my room.
5. do some type of exercise, even if it’s just a 20 minute walk.
6. job search online.



Quit Smoking (read all 4 entries…)
Almost a week... 9 months ago

Well technically I quit on Monday but I’ve cheated a few times at this point. I do great during the day when I’m at work or even at home. The problem is when we are drinking, I just have to smoke. I think I’m going to re-work this goal to only smoke when I’m drinking and then work on cutting that back once I can handle it instead of just going completely cold turkey.

Day #2 9 months ago

Ok, this still sucks! I’m on day two and I know it’s a bit easier than day one but I’m still one hell of a grumpy person! I flipped out because I couldn’t find the newspaper this morning, my poor dog got screamed at again for licking his foot for too long. I really feel like I just want to rip my hair out and scream, but I know it’s not going to help. The worst is when I actually let myself eat something (I swear I want to snack all the time to help fight the cravings). I get the worst urges to smoke right when I’m finished eating.
