How I did it: I got a recycling bin and I try to by earth-friendly cleaning products when I can. Sometimes they're a little pricier than I can afford but I buy them when I can. I also love journals and greeting cards made from recycled material and hemp anything! Read how I did it…

How I did it: First having the desire to quit, using Nicotine patches, and then working out and not being able to breathe was the final straw. I didn't give up when I'd 'relapse' and get discouraged. It also helped to get rid of things like ashtrays, lighters...other things that made me think of smoking. During times that you'd normally smoke, find other things to do instead.
