do 2 laps on the monkey bars at Planet Granite
1 + 1 = less than halfway there

I am able to do the easy side, then about a minute later do the hard side. Yahoo, this took Dave and I a while to be able to do the last couple bars of the hard side. One of these bars is about 8-10 inches in diameter, I would guess.

After feeling very weak at this the last couple tries, I felt very strong today and had a strange sensation of reaching way over each bar, like I could have done the same thing on bars that got progressively higher.

I was able to run 6:50 on the treadmill.



walk a slackline
I actually completed a goal, wow!

This one was pretty darned easy. It just takes a little practice, and within a matter of days most people could walk a short amount of slackline.

Did it on the rope, and then the webbing at Planet Granite climbing gym.
