How I did it: The old RICE - rest, ice, compress, elevate comes in handy the first few weeks. It takes a while. having and ankle brace comes in handy. Stretch bands and some ankle strengthening exercises found on youtube helped. I used a product called arnicare gel that helped with swelling, it can be found in Walmart and most drug stores I would imagine. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I went through Thousands of pictures from the last 8 years and picked 1800 or so I wanted to print. Then I uploaded them online to Walmart and had them shipped to my house. It was not cheap... about $252, but for that many pictures it was the best deal I could find with the least time involved on my part.
