I figured hey I got a lot of ideas in my head that need release so I’m going to write for my own pleasure.

Gonna do whatever: running, swimming, walking etc. 4-6 days a week and make it a habit. Don’t think just do and drink plenty of water for hydration. Has to be 40-60 minutes a day, gradually increasing each week. I want this to become a life style change and I want to feel good inside and out!
