I stopped eating bread and walked 35 minutes every other day. I wonder how much I’ll lose if I stop eating sweets and walk 1 hr. daily!. I want the motivation to be able to do that!

My new job hasn’t started yet and I am desparate! I have only around $5.00 to my name and I am going to try and sell my much-loved Rolex today….Oh well….it is not working and I have been able to live without it for several months.
I am now down 15 lbs since I moved to Maryland on 9/13/08! That’s good for me!
