I have gone without diet coke for two FULL days…I am suprised that my body hasn’t started convulsing from withdrawals.

1.)I am glad that I just started recognizing at the end of the day the things in my life that I am grateful for.
2.)I am grateful how in the few days that I have been actively doing this it has changed my view point on life and those surrounding me.
3.) I am grateful that I went to fitness class and my body was able to complete everything presented to me.
4.) I am happy that I made it through the day without diet coke.
5.) I am greatful for great friends who will stand by me always.
