At this point in my life, I have accomplished some goals, yet often get distracted by the needs of those around me. I have spent the majority of my 46 years pleasing those I love and shelving my own needs and desires. It’s simply become a way of life. Over the past ten years, I finally began to recognize this pattern and within the past five years have actually placed myself on the list and gradually worked my way towards the top. Since that time, I was able to meet many of my own needs but feel that within the past year and a half, I am once again falling prey to the “people pleaser” within. I am very excited about finding this site today and being able to list and chart my progress ! But the best part is knowing that I am not alone on my journey to finding health, peace, love happiness and the man of my dreams !
