I did it a few years ago to celebrate a huge promotion. It was fun, but a lot of maintenance. I was ready to let it go, but kept running into people who told me how much it inspired them (I work in a very conservative company), and I ended up keeping it for several months just because it made other people happy. THAT’s a good hair day.

But PINK, now THAT’S worth doing.

I couldn’t figure out how to get started on my own, so I signed up for a basics class at a local crafts store. Once I had the basics down, everything else made sense. I have been able to teach myself lots of other advanced techniques, but needed help to get started.
