i have commenced writign tasks to be completed in my diary each day and hopefully by the end of the day these have been completed. I need to watch I don’t just write down all the easy/simple things to complete but try to have a balance. Hopefully this will help the procrastination issue also.

How I did it: i bit the bullet and just got up and did it I realised no one else would do it for me and no matter how long I left the mess there for it was going to remain there until I cleaned it up. I focussed on easy things to put away first and continued on from there. Read how I did it…
