Guys and Girls,
I have been struggling with my weight for two decades. I have tried practically everything. Let me tell you that recently, on one of my many searches for a better way to win this struggle I came across Tim Ferriss and his diet.
It is the best thing I’ve ever tried. It is realistic and effective.
Try it out!

I haven’t lost anything.
I’m not sure if its because I’m doing too much…or if I’m eating something wrong or something.
It’s really frustrating. Now I understand why some people get surgery or whatever.

I totally binged today. I learned a few things from it though.
1. If you travel without buying fruits and veggies before hand, everything goes downhill.
2. I resolve emotional stress through binging (how can I change this?!)
What happened was I traveled to Dallas. So I had the stress of travel on me and then I got a speeding ticket (the first one ever). It sent me into a flurry because I’m so afraid to screw up after I finally gained my parents’ trust. Plus I was lost so I walked into a gas station and there were twizzlers (my vice). So then I downed a whole thing of those and sent my body into a rage of hunger that didn’t stop until I finally stuffed a whole calzone and side salad into my fat fucking face. I feel so angry at myself…I feel like I’ll never feel beautiful and thin ever. To let you in on a little secret…I tried to throw it up because I so upset but I couldn’t…..I wish I could have been strong enough to resist today.
How I will prevent this in the future:
1. Bring along grapefruits
2. Before walking into a gas station really coach myself not to give into my vices.
3. If I get mad or upset, scream instead of eat.
I can forgive myself for this and make up for it tomorrow by being extra healthy and working out more.

stepping on the scale this morning.
130
I love feeling this way.
I’ve come up with some rewards (always gets me going). If I make my first week goal I’m going to buy some new make-up and dye some of my hair an interesting colour. I feel a lot more beautiful when I wear make-up (isn’t that strange?) and feeling beautiful always helps me to keep going on my diet.
An interesting observation: apple cider vinegar is disgusting but it makes the hunger feel like its evaporating instead of like when it feels crushed by a huge meal. Give it a try…just sip a small bit of it over a period of time.

I just have to frame it _
I don’t even know how many pieces there are. You guys will be able to see it once I put up my website and all.
The next one is started, hopefully I can get some sketches done today of what I want the work to look like (sometimes I like to plan this stuff out).
I’ll let you guys know when they are done and posted so you can see them (this is so exciting).
:D

sucks…I was half out of my mind when I decided that name.
One cool thing is I got a new computer and it has a cool program for web building. I’ve made a sketch of what I want each page to look like and I finally finished the homepage.
Maybe a name will come when I find the right look….

I’ve been dieting and exercising my whole life. I have no idea why I am so flabby. I’ve eaten just fruits and veggies for a week straight rollerskating to the art store everyday and I didn’t lose an ounce. The only time I can ever lose weight is when I’m REALLY starving and exercising crazy (like two hours a day).
One cool thing though is after eating just fruits and veggies for a week my craving disappeared I didn’t even WANT to eat candy or pizza like I used to.
I just wish I could accomplish this

So I haven’t checked in on the scale in a while…I’m planning to on Sunday. I’ve been getting better at running (a knee brace really helped me do this). I now run four miles.
A little theory I’ve been thinking lately is about diet soda (my vice). I’m thinking it might be the cause of my increased appetite (spelling?). So I think I’m going to cut it out of my diet spectrum. I’ll let you know how it goes.

celery is disgusting but I eat a bunch of it and then chase it with a low cal (and delicious) beverage. This is pretty low in calories and makes for a full feeling.
I’ll keep you guys updated with cool tricks I’ve discovered. One thing I noticed about myself is that I tend to eat things just to get rid of the after taste of something I just ate. I’ve been trying to drink something (like tea) or chew gum instead.

I decided that I would check this off (although it can’t be checked off because it never ends). I don’t like having something on my list that can never be checked off so instead I’m posting smaller goals that are involved in making art. Specific and attainable (did I hear that in a class once?).
Anyway, the art is doing okay. I’m away from home so I don’t have all the supplies I wish I had (but I am still making a few things as well as thinking about things I am going to make back in the studio).
Specific
Attainable
Let’s go!

what the heck?

I’ve noticed something about us….we don’t eat enough. I started thinking about what our bodies must be thinking (oh my god there is a famine, shut down everything and store up!!). So I’ve decided something about the way I am going to work….I’m just going to eat small things every few hours. Small healthy things I honestly don’t think people can really keep up on starvation. Girls, we weren’t made like that.

Tell me what you think (I love that kind of stuff).

the classics

The first thing I did was look at the book “1001 Books to Read Before you Die” but it was kind of lame (and I’m too ADD to give it time to improve). So I went to this section of Barnes and Noble and they had a list.
So the first one I bought (I’m really not going to buy all of them, I’m a big library person but I’m visiting a place I don’t have a library card to) was “The Idiot”....which seemed funny at the time.

I bought the ticket already. Now I just need to buy a friend. I’m going to try this guy I’m SORT OF seeing. I have an engagement ring I can pawn….I tried to give it back to him but instead he broke into my house and stole my computer (and also left the ring (I ended up stealing my computer back)). It was his loss (not only of his reputation but also of the ring).
Any suggestions about what to see there?
