How I did it: firstly collapse from handglide position. then swing ur right leg as hard as u can.after u rolled onto top of ur shoulderu need to b very high in air. prepare your legs then swing ur right leg. Good luck people. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I took a lagre lunge step and put all my weight on fingers.It wasnt so hard as it seems to be but it requires ALOT of practice. Good luck ppl =] All is about balance :P Read how I did it…
