I have signed up for my third half-marathon. I only ran the first one because someone told me I couldn’t and I’m stubborn. I started training for that and could only run about half a mile. The first time I ran a half-marathon I made it through mile 5 running; then it was off and on. The second time, I made it through mile 9 running; then it was off and on. This time I want to run the whole thing. To do that, it may help to follow my training program all the way:)

How I did it
How I did it: I downloaded music while watching tv and talking with the fam. I went through and labeled all the songs that were from mixes I received in the past (those are popular gifts:)) with the artist, song title, album, and genre.
