I was so tired yesterday. Today I decided that I have to write a bit here.
My menu was:
3 apples
cabbage and carrots salad with a bit onion and lemon juice
100g nuts
I’m still wondering about the fitness. Should I start going or I can make it on my own, in order to reach my goal.Both options have advantages but which is better one. Well, I have to make a decision and to stick to it this time. Otherwise I wouldn’t be able to achieve my wish of being 90-60-90 till my birthday. Even worse I’d fail in reaching any goals. I need to be more serious. :(
