I was so tired yesterday. Today I decided that I have to write a bit here.
My menu was:
3 apples
cabbage and carrots salad with a bit onion and lemon juice
100g nuts

I’m still wondering about the fitness. Should I start going or I can make it on my own, in order to reach my goal.Both options have advantages but which is better one. Well, I have to make a decision and to stick to it this time. Otherwise I wouldn’t be able to achieve my wish of being 90-60-90 till my birthday. Even worse I’d fail in reaching any goals. I need to be more serious. :(

Today’s menu was :
a glass of juice
3 apples
a fish
2 tomatoes
half of cucumender
a glass of milk with honey
an apple

I have to stop eating milk, plus honey.
On Sunday I’m planning to start with exercises.

Today is my forth day. I think I managed somehow to stay away of any kind of bad foods.
My menu was :
a glass of juice
5 apples
2 tomatoes
half of cucumber
zucchini
5 olives
a glass of low fat milk with honey
