join a food addiction 12-step program and stick to it, day after day
Started FA on Monday, May 2nd, 2011

I officially started in a 12-step program, Food Addicts in Recovery Anonymous, with a sponsor and a food program, 2.5 days ago.

It’s hard as hell. I’m physically uncomfortable, dealing with the sudden lack of highly processed, highly-flavored foods laden with sugar, salt, starches, and fat.

But all I have to do is get through today. I’ll worry about tomorrow tomorrow.
